Dash Cam Installation
A correctly mounted dash cam can record incidents while preserving visibility and a clean vehicle interior.
We review front-only versus front-and-rear camera coverage, parking-mode support, memory card capacity, mounting locations, fuse or power options, and installation concealment. Parking recording may require a compatible hardwire kit and electrical safeguards.

Common questions
Will a dash cam record while parked?
Some models support parking recording when installed with the proper compatible power solution. Vehicle requirements vary.
What protects my battery in parking mode?
A hardwire kit with a voltage cutoff stops the camera before it drains the battery below a set level. Which kit is suitable depends on the camera and the vehicle.
Which memory card should I use?
Dash cams write constantly, so cards made for continuous recording are generally recommended. Check the camera maker's supported capacity before buying.
Are there rules about where a camera can be placed or what it can record?
Windshield placement and audio-recording rules differ by state and can change. You are responsible for using the camera lawfully, and we can discuss mounting positions that keep the driver's view clear.
Where mobile installation works best
Mobile work is requested for a home, a workplace, an approved private location or a business or fleet site. We ask about parking, authorization to work there, access to the vehicle, weather exposure and working space. Locations that are unsuitable or uncertain are reviewed by the owner before an appointment is confirmed, and a request is never confirmed automatically.
Service area
Mobile appointments are available in selected parts of Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, Staten Island, Long Island and nearby tristate areas. Travel and consultation fees vary by distance and are disclosed before confirmation.
